Bloomfield Man ID'd As Driver Killed In East Granby Crash
A 75-year-old Connecticut man has been identified as the victim killed in a single-car crash over the weekend, authorities said. Alan Rosenthal, of Bloomfield, died after a crash on South Main Street in East Granby on Sunday, Oct. 19, shortly before 3 p.m., according to Connecticut State Police. It’s unclear why, but Rosenthal’s Infiniti left the roadway, slid onto the grass shoulder, went down an embankment, and crashed into a tree, authorities said.
