Newburgh Man Faces Child Porn Charges
An area man is behind bars after being arrested for possessing child porn, City of Newburgh Police said. Newburgh resident Davis Morse, 33, was arrested Tuesday by City of Newburgh detectives working in conjunction with the agents from Homeland Security following an investigation into child pornography, police said. Morse was charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child and possessing a sexual performance by a child, both felonies. Police declined to release further information as the case is still under investigation.
