A suspect who was a juvenile at the time of a fatal 2022 case in York has now been charged with homicide, police announced on Wednesday, March 4.
Carlos Rivera, 21, has been charged with Criminal Homicide in connection with the death of Roman Padilla, according to the York City Police Department. Authorities said Rivera was a minor at the time of the killing.
