HIM? Lyndhurst PD Seeks Public's Help Finding Check-Theft Suspect
Lyndhurst police sought the public's help identifying a man wanted for stealing bank checks. They released surveillance photos Tuesday of the pony-tailed suspect, who wore a Nike sweatshirt, a Chicago Bulls baseball cap, blue jeans and red sneakers. Here's How Many Volunteers Are Working This Week's PGA Championship At Bethpage
Thousands of men and women of all size, shapes and ages are busy this week working long hours as the championship rounds start at the PGA Championship at Bethpage Black. In total, approximately 3,600 volunteers will work various jobs at the course, while the likes of Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy and Phil Mickelson hit the links and vie for the second major of the season. Dozens more are on a waiting list. The volunteers each paid a $175 fee and will work a minimum of four shifts of four hours each. Long Island is ready to welcome the world’s best golfers when it hosts the PGA Championship at Bethpage Black next week. Know Them? Duo Accused Of Stealing $3K In Merchandise From Smith Haven Mall JC Penney
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Fourth Squad detectives are on the lookout for two men who allegedly stole clothing from a store in Lake Grove. UPDATE: Maria Polo was found safe Sunday night, police said. Police in Union City are looking for a 65-year-old woman last seen Sunday morning. Police are asking for help in locating a 5-year-old boy missing from the City of Poughkeepsie who may have been snatched by his father. Noah J. Cruz was last seen on Feb. 16 at a local pizza restaurant with his paternal grandmother. BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — The Bridgeport Police Robbery Squad is asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect who has committed several robberies this week in the Ogden Street and Park Street area.
