Crash Involving School Bus Closes Route 34 In Monroe At Stevenson Dam
MONROE, Conn. -- An accident involving a school bus has closed part of Route 34 in Monroe at the Stevenson Dam near the Oxford town line Wednesday. Monroe Police said the collision involved a school bus with no students on board. The Monroe Volunteer Fire Department said at around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday that crews were responding to the major motor vehicle accident. Route 34 is closed between Route 111 and the Oxford town line.
