The incident happened Monday, Sept. 20 at about 2:50 p.m. in Merrick. A 13-year-old boy was walking northbound on Merrick Avenue in the vicinity of Camp Avenue Elementary School when he observed a white SUV parked on the west shoulder with an adult man seated in the driver seat, Nassau County Police said.  The boy noticed the man exposing and inappropriately touching himself, police said. Byron Menendez, age 19, of Bethel, was arrested on Wednesday, Sept. 1, in Wilton after officers were called to the TJ Maxx parking at 14 Danbury Road (Route 7). PA Man Poops In Public Stairwell, Police Say A man defecated in a stairwell of a Carlisle parking garage on Wednesday night, according to area police. The man captured on CCTV, entered the parking garage at 42 West Pomfret Street. Upon reaching the 5th floor of the parking garage, he pulled down his pants and defecated in the stairwell, say police.  The man then left the parking garage.
