A New York man planted a fake bomb at a park in Albany County near a children’s book exchange, police said. Brandon Arsenault, 26, placed a water bottle containing a liquid, a mason jar top with a battery terminal, a battery, and red and green wires inside the book exchange at Colonie Mohawk River Park on Saturday, May 16, the Colonie Police Department said.
