As if anyone who calls it home needed to be told, New Rochelle has once again been named one of the top 50 cities to live in the United States by 24/7 Wall St. In their latest "Best Cities to Live in Every State," New Rochelle earned top honors in New York (32nd overall), just behind Rio Rancho in New Mexico and a spot ahead of Raleigh, N.C.
