83-Year-Old Woman Killed In Union City Hit-Run, Prosecutors Say
An 83-year-old pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Hudson County Saturday evening, Dec. 27, authorities said.
Fabiola Bedoya, 83, of Union City, was struck in the area of 30th Street and Palisades Avenue in Union City at approximately 5:40 p.m., Acting Hudson County Prosecutor Wayne Mello said.
Bedoya was found with serious injuries at the scene, Mello said. The vehicle involved in the crash did not remain at the scene, according to Mello.
