Video: Rollover Crash Closes Two Lanes Of Route 17 In Paramus PARAMUS, N.J. -- One occupant was hospitalized and a dog was taken to Oradell Animal Hospital after a utility pole crash that rolled a Dodge Ram onto its side on northbound Route 17 in Paramus Tuesday night. The crash occurred outside the Popeye's just north of Ridgewood Avenue, closing the right and center lane of the highway and jamming traffic for miles. Paramus police, firefighters, EMS and OEM responded, as was a PSE&G crew that stabilized the downed pole and restrung the dangling wires. Boyd A. Tunnel Traffic Into NJ Jammed By Passed Out Driver, Port Authority Says An overnight traffic jam entering New Jersey from the Holland Tunnel had an uncommon twist: A driver drunk on wine had passed out behind the wheel, authorities said. Port Authority Police Officer Christopher Hooper got caught in the 2:20 a.m. traffic jam Saturday coming from the World Trade Center, then found 48-year-old Robert D.
